Do you offer a Click & Collect service?
Yes, we offer a free Click & Collect service at most of our store locations. Simply select the 'Pick up in store' option during checkout to see if your local branch has the item available.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We want you to love your home. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Early Settler products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
