Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our support team or visit your local showroom within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request for damaged or unsuitable items.
- 2.Provide Proof of Purchase
Ensure you have your original tax invoice or order confirmation ready to verify your transaction and eligibility for a refund or exchange.
- 3.Prepare the Item
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unassembled, resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.
- 4.Drop-off or Collection
Small items can be returned to any Early Settler store, while larger furniture pieces can have a professional collection coordinated by our logistics team.
